Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ContractGate website, cloud service, SDKs, and related software ("Service") provided by NightMoose, Inc ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or abusive content; to reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code; to circumvent any security measures; or to resell access without prior written consent.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting on the site or emailing you. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
